All orders will be shipped via Australia Post with an estimated time of approx. 3-5 Business Days Australia Wide. Flat rate of $8.95 applies to orders under $50. Please allow extra time in busy periods (Christmas and sale periods).
Flat rate of $14.95 applies with next business day delivery Australia Wide.
Your beautiful selection can be ordered, paid for and picked up Instore Tuesday to Saturday within our store hours. Your order will be packed and waiting for you to be picked up at your earliest convenience.
We take great care in providing you with a beautifully wrapped package! But if for some reason beyond our control, you receive a damaged parcel please contact us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately so that we can discuss appropriate action.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm Tuesday to Friday will be shipped same day. (Orders placed Mondays will be shipped on Tuesdays) Orders placed after 3pm Tuesday to Friday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Sorry; no refunds are available or will be given on sale items and sale items are not exchangeable or able to be placed on backorder. This applies in store and online.
If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s initial value at time of purchase. Postage refund won’t be given if item was sent with a multiple purchase.
REFUND AND/ OR EXCHANGE
You can return a full priced item within 14days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached.
To return an item you must contact us at email@example.com within
14 days of receipt of your item. Use your order number as reference and state whether you would like to exchange the size (subject to availability) or if you require a refund.
Once you have notified us we will then instruct you on how and where to return your item. Postage costs for returns are at the cost of the customer. (When a refund is requested the item cost will be refunded but not the postage cost if paid). Replacement and exchange will be resent free of charge.
