Sorry; no refunds are available or will be given on sale items and sale items are not exchangeable or able to be placed on backorder.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value.  Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value at time of purchase and will not include the initial postal charges.

Exchange Only

Items exchange will only be accepted if a garment is unworn and unwashed with tags intact and attached or products are unused and with all packaging intact.

To organise an exchange you must contact us at hello@littleentourage.com.au or call us at 02 9620 1702 within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Once you have notified us on the item you would like to exchange we will then instruct you on how and where to return your item. Once your exchange has been processed and approved you will receive your exchange item. Postage costs for return are at the cost of the customer. Replacements and Exchanges will be re-sent free of charge.
